You know it perfectly, the only right for you to exist is to have important and very needed and critical skills demanded in the market : doctor, engineer, specialist in some advanced quantum technology, nanotechnology or anything like this, I don't forget to mention that computer science is not something exceptional, so even if you need it skills, don't believe learning to code in our day and age will save you, you need hard sciences. I say it before everything because I believe I you have no skills you have no money, but if you have no money, how can you looskmaxx ? This is why I believe it is very important to develop exceptional top-tier skills, because if you have it, people will judge you much less on your appearance or at least they will give you the right to continue as long as you are performing or vital.
Then when you have skills that are marketable and bringing you enough money, you should begin to focus on improving your health at the maximum : go for a run, increase your muscle mass, and begin to looksmaxx : if needed and after strong reflection, go for a hair transplant, tooth alignment and even skin care for men at institutes. Why ? Because people will judge you on your appearance before judging you on your health, so this is why it is very important to be at the maximum level.
It might take you years of irrational improvement before reaching, or feeling any noticeable result. This is why you really need to keep going, I know that some blackpill videos seem to suggest to give up and stop "gym-r0tting", I know that we are under terribly difficult times, but this is really important to keep going, because you can reach a high potential and also because there is no alternative. If there was an alternative then you would see a lot of average or below average men go for it, there is no such alternative, at least on the short/mid term and this why you have to absolutely keep the momentum. Do not listen to people who bring you down, who will try to discourage you from accomplishing your will. Do not let other people decide what you will do, do not let them decide if this is too early to do this or too late to do that thing that you had in mind. As men, especially below average men, or men who have some health complications, this is going to be much more difficult, but it doesn't mean it is impossible to achive. After a while, people will begin to notice your evolution and change their behaviour with you, the same people who have disrespected you in the past will begin to change their behaviour with you, you will begin to notice much more people smiling to you, you will be treated with much more respect. This is why you have to do it, you have to perform as much as possible because when you will see the final result you will be amazed, and you might even escape inceldom once and for all.

I got it, you are training, alone in the rain, it is cold, dark, painful, no one is here for you, no one cares for you, except you ! You can care for yourself much more than every body could. And you need to take care of yourself, you need to have the certainty that ultimately you will succeed, you need to have the willingness to not become a beta-male provider for a womand who was never interested in you, you need to revenge against all of your enemies, against all of the people who disrespected you in the past, this is extremely important to show back to these people that they were totally wrong and that now they will have to look at you from the bottom, not from the top anymore.
